Period 4 on the dumbells

On dumbell days, students customize their workouts to their needs and apply what they've learned all semester. They mix in dumbell exercises with core exercises, getting a well-rounded workout.

The girls take a break from their core workout.

Period 1 running the bleachers

Students are grouped into three different stations and learn the skill-related benefits of developing speed and power while running/walking the bleachers of our beautiful stadium. We also check heart rates for cardiovascular benefits as well. It's hard work but it pays off.
