Due to increase in class size, we've had to come with innovative ways to create student interest and are allowed to be self-directed learners. In order to meet PE standard #4, Physical Fitness, we designed a five station circuit: bleachers, ladders, Cougar boards, parachute training, and resistence pulling training. Students were all engaged and met the standard, all while keeping heart rates elevated.
