This class is fun and easy to work with for me. I am meeting my personal goals in this class by trying to beat my times and getting my body more "toned." We're students of the Kea'au High School Body Conditioning PE classes. The emphasis of our physical fitness based class targets health related physical fitness. We also periodically emphasize skill related components of fitness. Our end result is an understanding and appreciation of maximizing our physical well-being which directly relates to an overall balance in optimum health. Thus, we'll be lifelong participants of physical activity and active lifestyles.
