So which is the best class?

Students, here is your chance to voice your bragging rights as to which is the best class. The class with the most comments from students will receive a one year's worth of bragging rights. You'll need to justify your comment with how you and your class is meeting the PE standards......remember: 1) movement forms, 2) cognitive concepts, 3) active lifestyle, and 4) physical fitness. Good luck and have a wonderful intersession break. Remember that we're doing a mile and a half when we get back.

  1. Pd 6 IS THE BEST CLASS!!!!!!!

    we are working on our movement forms when we run, do squats, lunges, dinamic warm ups. We are always told to get into Athletic position when we are going to do any workout.
    For Cognitive Concepts I guess we are to remeber what types of cores we do, what stretches we have to do before and after every workout. And we have to KNOW what we are doing.
    Active Lifestyle. We are told in this class that we are to do quarterly projects on how we are keeping an actine lifestyle outside of school and class. most of us do sports or just simply workout every night or so to keep from gaining weight.
    Physical Fitness. We are all trying to get physically fit, and that ties in with having an active lifestyle. In this class we are living or praciting the FITT principle by doing a variety of workouts, a certain time span of doing them and always progressing in the class either in our runs or when we are lifting weights.
    So like I said before PD.6 is the best.

    well i haven't been in the class for very long, but i'm taking on Tiara's challenge. for movement forms we practice athletic position. for cognitive concepts we learn and have to memorize certains types of workouts. we have to do An active lifestytle project every quarter to show what we are doing outside of the class. for physical fitness we are practicing the FITT principle by doing different workouts every class during the class period.
    period 5 is the best and i have lots of fun
