- Give a reflection of the class so far and how you are performing towards meeting your personal goals.
- Comment on how cool this Blog site is.
- Research what the FITT Principle of training is and apply what you’ve learned to include the following:
o Frequency: how often during the week do you exercise
o Intensity: how hard do you exercise in relation to target heart rate zone
o Time: how long are your workouts - For full credit, you must mention at least three exercises, and one of these could be from class.
-So far my class is doing good and im slowly working towards my goal.

ReplyDeleteWelcome :)
This Body Conditioning class has motivated me to keep a healthy and fit lifestyle. Im reaching my personal goals slowly, but I'll get there soon.
I like this blog site because it has pictures of all the classes and shows everyone a little bit of what body conditioning is about. It's so cool!!
The FITT principle of training is a process that could help you to keep track of your exercise and help you towards reaching your fitness goals. FITT stands for Frequency, Intensity, Time, and Type.
I exercise at least four days a week (frequency) at paddling practice. I run hard and paddle hard, my heart rate zone is usually between 18-20 on a count of 6 seconds (intensity). My workouts are about two hours long (time). I run, sprint, and paddle (type).
One exercise is riding bike, which we have done in class when we do our biathalon. Another exercise is cardios, which can include running and jogging. A third exercise is lifting dumbells, which consist of various exercises that work out different parts of your body such as bicep curls, squats, and tricep extensions.
I can't wait to come back after Christmas break!!
sorry this is late i finally got it to work...
ReplyDeleteSo far i think that this class has been really fun and it really kept me in good shape. My goals are to stay fit and healthy. I believe that i've been completeing these goals.
FITT is Frequency, Intensity, Type, and Time. This could be applyed to our cardio runs. We run once every week and as fast as you can to beat your time. You should be in the target heart rate zone when doing this activity.
Three exercises are running, lifting weights, and riding bike.

During this year so far, this class is one of my favorites. I enjoy making goals and challenging myself to reach them. This blogsite was a really cool idea and is a great way to recognize and appretiate what the students do in this class.
ReplyDeleteI can apply the FITT principle to soccer practice. The frequency of the soccer practice i go to is usually 5 times a week.most of the workouts i do for soccer keep my heart rate at high intensity (at about 16-20). The time of our practice is usually 2 hours long. The type of workouts we do are cores, sprints, and alot of running.
weight lifting, sit ups, and running is three exersizes that i do for conditioning class.
